Writing-aided tools

I am not an English native, and I did not have a good result for English during school. I am also not going abroad for further study. I never take the IELTS examination. But, I am an author of the conference and journal article mainly in English. So, how do I write? Of course, I use a proofread service at the end. But what tools I use during writing?

The tools that help me much in writing are ‘Grammarly’ and ‘Google Translate’. Unfortunately, ‘Grammarly premium’ is quite expensive (for me). I tried to find out cheap ‘Grammarly premium’, and I found it in Shopee. Thank’s to the seller, I just paid for RM5, and he gave me the ID and password. It means that he shared his account. I don’t know how he could get access to selling it at a low price.

Tak tahu macam mana nak buat LR? Di sini saya berikan panduan untuk rakan-rakan yang ada masalah nak buat Sorotan Kajian / Literature Review. Semoga membantu. :-)

1.Mulakan dengan menghuraikan permasalahan kajian anda (bukan masukkan semua permasalahan anda dalam satu perenggan, tapi ambil yang ada kaitan dgn salah satu kajian lepas yang digunakan).

2.Sokong permasalahan kajian anda tu dengan mengaitkannya dengan dapatan kajian lepas. Boleh 'cited' beberapa kajian lain yang berkaitan.

3. Berikan pandangan secara kritis terhadap kajian lepas tersebut (bincang dalam skop latar belakang, metodologi, dapatan dll). Kemudian boleh bincang sedikit tentang kekurangan (kelompangan) dan penambahbaikan yang boleh dilakukan terhadap kajian tersebut. 

4. Huraikan dengan jelas bagaimana kajian anda dapat menutup kelompangan dalam kajian lepas tersebut.

5. Apply kaedah 1-4 pada setiap huraian LR anda.

Nota: Kaedah ini hanya cadangan daripada saya sahaja kerana ia membantu saya dalam menulis LR. Kalau tuan/puan rasa tidak sesuai, boleh guna kaedah lain. Tiada masalah. :-)

I think his sharing for those interested in starting a research or doing a PhD.

1.  Start with the problem statements of your research, take only 1 relevant study.

2.  Support your problem statements with cited others.

3.  Criticise about other studies. You can discuss their backgrounds, methods, outcomes etc., then discuss their shortage and the improvements can be done.

4.  Explain how your research can overcome these shortcomings.

5.  Apply 1 to 4 for every LR.
